The Buckeye Nation Fan Experience is brought to you through Linkroom, an online technology platform. The following community standards and rules apply to your use of the Buckeye Nation Fan Experience, delivered through Linkroom.

Community Standards and Rules

I. Introduction

Linkroom LLC (“Linkroom,” the “Company,” “our,” “us,” “we”), provides a collaboration and communications hub which allows Users (“Users” or “you”) to participate in and communicate with other Users using voice and video streaming in sessions, events, or meeting in one of the three-dimensional virtual meeting or event rooms or spaces (the “Linkroom Platform”).  Within the Linkroom Platform, Persons who Attend a Session (who are not VIPs) (“Guests”) may purchase a unique experience:  a meeting with a VIP (such as a celebrity, athlete or other person of interest) through Linkroom’s VIP Fan Experience product available on its sub-platform called the Buckeye Nation Fan Experience available at https://osu.fan (the “Buckeye Nation Fan Experience”), which is a Linkroom VIP Fan Experience product, and part of our Services.   Each VIP is a User subject to these rules and acts as a session Host to administer the Buckeye Nation Fan Experience.  For the optimal and safe experience of all our Users, we enforce the following community standards and rules (the “Community Standards”).  Capitalized terms used but not defined herein will have the meanings ascribed to them in our Terms of Use available at https://linkroom.com/terms-of-use (“Terms of Use”).

II. General Rules

All Users are required to abide by these Community Standards, including by acknowledging that certain conduct is prohibited, and certain Content (defined below) may be restricted or removed from the Linkroom Platform.  “Content” includes, but is not limited to, User uploaded questions, speech, posts, online reviews, User Contributions, and all forms of online communication (whether speech or physical). At all times when using the Linkroom Platform, Users are expected to be respectful and courteous in their interactions with other Users.  Users that violate these rules may be restricted from using the Linkroom Platform and their account or Content may be removed or restricted.

a. Age Requirements and Identity

The Linkroom Platform is intended for people who are 18 years old and older who are residing in the United States.  Linkroom reserves the right to remove or otherwise disable accounts for violation of the age restriction.

If you are a Linkroom User, you must create an account for yourself and not provide a false identity or submit any incorrect or misleading information about yourself when signing up.  You must use your real name and, if you choose to upload photographs, they must be your own. 

All User accounts must be unique and not shared.  You may not transfer or sell your Linkroom Platform account to another person.

b. Reporting a Violation of Community Standards 

Linkroom is proactive in our attempt to enforce these Community Standards, and we encourage Users, including Guests, VIPs, and other users, to report any Users or accounts that they believe violate these rules.  To report a suspected violation of the rules please contact us at abuse@linkroom.com.  User safety is of utmost importance to Linkroom.   Hosts (including VIPS) who identify disturbing content or content that they reasonably suspect violates these rules will remove or restrict offending User(s) (including Guests) from the VIP Fan Experience.  Refunds will not be issued if a Host (including a VIP) removes a Guest for violating the Community Standards.

c. Evaluation of Suspected Violation; Content Removal

Any and all Content or accounts that are reported and/or suspected to violate these Community Standards will be evaluated by Linkroom. Content or accounts that are determined, in Linkroom’s sole discretion, to violate these Community Standards will be addressed, removed and/or referred to law enforcements appropriate. Linkroom will use all available legal remedies to enforce these Community Standards.  

In the Buckeye Fan Experience, please be aware that a VIP, as a Host, is authorized to remove or restrict access of the Guest to the VIP room for violation of these Community Standards or the Terms of Use.  Refunds will not be issued if a Host removes a Guest for violating the Community Standards or the Terms of Use.

d. Account Suspension & Termination

Linkroom reserves the right to suspend and/or remove any accounts that violate these Community Standards.  This includes also denying your access, temporarily or permanently, for repeated or severe violations of these rules and other Terms of Use as determined by Linkroom in their sole discretion.  If there is a credible or otherwise imminent threat to others, we may report such actions to law enforcement or other applicable and appropriate authorities.  

III. Content Standards

a. Sexual Content

Nudity, sexually explicit activities, pornography, sexual exploitation or sexual solicitation on Linkroom Platform and in  meeting rooms are strictly prohibited regardless of the age of the User and includes, but is not limited to, the following and the like: (1) overtly  displaying breasts, genitals, anus, or buttocks, (2) behavior that mimics, implies, or otherwise display sex or sexual acts, (3) shows overt sexual arousal or stimulation, (4) contains language, explicit or otherwise that refers to sexual activity or gratification, (5) simulates sexual activity with another person, and (6) that alters or changes the content or image of an individual to portray or imply nudity or sexual suggestiveness or engagement in nudity or sexual activity.  This list is not exhaustive and may be expounded up at Linkroom’s discretion.

Furthermore, we also do not permit content that depicts, glorifies, normalizes, encourages or supports non-consensual sexual acts, including, the posting of content that includes non-consensual touching, nudity, rape, sexual assault, and other sexual violence. 

b. Hate, or Discriminatory Speech and Behavior

Hate speech or discriminatory speech or behavior in all forms is prohibited.  There is a zero-tolerance policy for hate and discrimination on the Linkroom Platform.  Hateful and discriminatory speech or behavior includes, but is not limited to, attacks, threats, or conduct intended to incite violence against someone or a group of people on the basis of race or ethnicity, religion, political, view, nationality, immigration status, sex, gender, sexual orientation, or gender identity.   Hate and discriminatory speech also includes slurs, derogatory terms or behavior, disparaging terms and behavior that is deemed offensive to the person or group to whom they are made or offends the conscience of the community.  Please note that this list is not exhaustive and may be modified in the future at our discretion.  

c. Bullying and Harassment

Linkroom promotes an inclusive and safe community.  As such, all forms of bullying and harassment are expressly prohibited.  

Bullying and harassment include, but are not limited to, displaying or promoting any content that contains conduct, threats, or degrading statements that are intended to mock, humiliate, embarrass, insult or disparage, stalk (online, in person, or otherwise) intimidate, coerce, or hurt an individual.

In addition to bullying and harassment, sexual harassment is expressly prohibited.  Sexual harassment means unwanted or inappropriate sexual behavior directed at another person.  Linkroom does not permit sexual harassment in any form and recognizes that sexual harassment can occur despite the intent of the alleged harasser. There is a zero-tolerance policy for bullying and harassment. 

d. Illegal Activities, Fraud, or Deception

Linkroom does not condone Users (or encouraging others) violating the law.  We do not permit the trade, exchange, sale, transfer, promotion, encouragement, instruction in or use of illegal goods, substances, or services that constitute illegal or criminal activity.

Users are in direct violation of these Community Standards if they use, display, depict, or promote the trade of firearms, ammunition, firearm accessories, or explosive weaponry.   Users who violate this rule may be reported to law enforcement.

e. False & Deceptive Information

Linkroom does not permit accounts that involve false statements, engagement, impersonations, misleading information, the operation of multiple accounts, or forgeries.  Defamation or slander of others on the Linkroom Platform is strictly prohibited.

f. Respect for Intellectual Property Rights and Privacy

Users are strictly prohibited from using or displaying property that they do not own or have rights to.  Users must not violate, infringe, exploit, or misappropriate the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, moral rights, or other legal rights of any person.
