Below please find the conditions in which we offer a refund:
Technical Difficulties:
- The VIP experienced internet challenges, and/or audio and video wasn’t working.
- Problems with the overall platform preventing the meeting from occurring.
VIP Unavailable:
- The scheduled VIP shows up significantly late (e.g. more than fifteen minutes late) without prior notice or valid reason.
- The scheduled VIP doesn’t show up and no notification was sent.
Quality of Experience:
- The session duration is significantly shorter than understood without a valid reason or notification.
- The VIP is unengaged, unresponsive, or unprofessional during the session, negatively impacting the overall experience
Payment and Billing Errors:
- Incorrect charges for the session.
- Failure to deliver the service after payment has been made, due to platform issue.
- Failure to deliver the service due to VIP exiting the session early.
Timing:
- Refund requests must be made within seven days from the date of the experience.” to “Refund requests must be made within one calendar day from the date of the experience.
