https://linkroom.com/privacy-policy (“VIP Fan Experience Privacy Notice” or “Supplement”) which
describes the personal data that Linkroom LLC (“Linkroom”, the “Company”, “our”, “us”) may collect
and/or process about you to provide you with access to its Services. Linkroom services are made
available through a collaboration and communications hub, which features include in-session video
streaming, events and meetings (“Sessions”) held in and through one or more three dimensional (3D)
virtual meeting or event rooms or spaces (“Rooms”), through, among other things, our proprietary
technology, software and platform, including our website available at www.linkroom.com (the
“Website”) and mobile services application (the “Mobile Application”) owned by Linkroom and used by
you in connection with products and services provided by Linkroom (collectively, the “Services”). This
Supplement applies to your use of Linkroom’s VIP Fan Experience product available on its sub-platform
called the Buckeye Nation Fan Experience available at https://osu.fan (the “Buckeye Nation Fan
Experience”), which is a Linkroom VIP Fan Experience product, and part of our Services, and may be
available to you subject to additional terms. The Buckeye Nation Fan Experience, is a unique
opportunity where Guests have a meeting with a VIP (such as an athlete, celebrity, or other
person of interest) offered through the Services.

Your use of the Buckeye Nation Fan Experience, including, without limitation, the Website or Mobile
Application, is also governed by our Terms of Use available at https://linkroom.com/terms-of-use
(“Terms of Use”) and the Community Standards and Rules provided on the Buckeye Nation Fan
Experience  (the “Community Standards”). Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Supplement will have the meanings
ascribed to them in the Terms of Use.

All information we collect related to the Services and the Buckeye Nation Fan Experience is subject

this Supplement and such other notices or supplements provided on the Buckeye Nation Fan
Experience (collectively, the “Privacy Policy”). for anyone under the age of 18. We do not currently intend to offer our Services to users outside the

and protect the information we collect from or about you. By using the Services, you understand and
acknowledge that how we are handling your personal data is in our Privacy Policy and this Supplement
and you agree that you have read and understand each privacy statement. Our use, disclosure, license,
and other interaction with the User Contributions and other content is also governed by the Privacy
Policy and this Supplement. We use commercially reasonable efforts to employ security measures in
accordance with the Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that any security measures may be vulnerable to
unauthorized access or use notwithstanding Linkroom’s efforts. In consideration of our provision of the
Services, you accept the full risk of any security failures

Information Collected From and About You

Information You Submit to Linkroom.

To use the Services you will need to create an account with Linkroom. When creating your account, we
may collect personal information including, without limitation, your name, your email address, your
telephone number and your contacts.

In addition to the information described above, we may also collect: (i) information you provide to
participate in the Buckeye Nation Fan Experience, including your photograph and signature for
incorporation into a memento keepsake ; (ii) information you provide during the Buckeye Nation
Fan Experience (the experience is recorded); (iii) information you provide when you report a problem
with the Services; (iv) records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses), if you
contact us; (v) your responses to surveys or promotions we may ask you to voluntarily complete; and
(vi) any other information you submit to us or which is included in any of your submissions to us or on
the Services.

Information We Collect Through Automatic Collection Technologies

Some information is automatically received and sometimes collected from you when you use the

message to support@linkroom.com. We may use your quotes and responses to surveys (and attribute
them to you) and photographs or images that you share for the Buckeye Nation Fan Experience
memento keepsake in future Linkroom promotional or other commercial activities.
